Purpose: Improve muscular strength and endurance, range of
motion and flexibility.
Description: With the use of stations, demonstrate and then
have the students follow in a series of upper and lower body
exercises using the dyna-bands. Emphasize proper form and
technique of the exercise. Also include the number of sets and
repetitions that should be done.
Variations: Exercises could be done with partners or on a individual basis. The dyna-band work-out could follow a high aerobic activity and serve as a type of oool-down.
